Visit manage.windowsazure.com and login with your Microsoft account.
Now, click NEW.
Then, highlight COMPUTE -> WEBSITE -> FROM GALLERY
Select BLOGS -> WordPress
URL – Enter the URL for your site.
DATABASE – Choose “Create a new MySQL database” or “Use an existing MySQL database”.
REGION – Choose the closest region to you or the region your site will serve.
SUBSCRIPTION – Select the subscription with which this site will be associated.
Since I chose the new MySQL database option, I enter those details here.
Now, leave it to Windows Azure to provision your site and you’re done!
If you browse to URL.azurewebsites.net, you will see that your new WordPress site is up and running!
