I wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you to the Nokia Developer Team and Nokia as a whole, for selecting me as a Nokia Developer Champion in 2013.
It was a great honour and one that I will never forget.
Judah’s arrival changed my priorities and as much as I wanted to do so much more for the Windows Phone developer community, my family (my wife and son), being the husband and father that I know they needed me to be, became my highest priority.
Despite my limitations, I can only hope that I helped and did some justice to the role.
I continue to do whatever I can to help the community. I know that I don’t need a title/position to help others and that goes for you who are reading.
[box] Make a decision to help and do it however/whenever/whatever way you can. Offer to help, it’s up to others to accept it and take you up on your offer.[/box]
I also want to thank the Nokia Developer Team for sending me this gift. You know that I’ll wear them with great joy and pride.
I believe you guys are doing a wonderful job in challenging, encouraging and helping the Windows Phone developer community.
Once again, I am grateful for the honour you bestowed on me last year and thank you for making me feel very special π
I wish you continued success.
If there is anything I can do now to help the community, please don’t hesitate to ask me!
You can email me sri at srikanthnair dot com orΒ find me on Twitter (@SrikanthNair).
That’s not just for the Nokia Developer Team, but for anyone who is reading this.
As I said earlier, I don’t have to be a Nokia Developer Champion to act like one!
Thanks for reading.
Thank Sri π
