If all the people in your friends list, no matter how much or little you know about them, can see all your details, you should be concerned.
If you think about it, would you want the whole world to know everything about you, without ever having to talk to you or getting to know who you are?
Well, my suggestion to you is that you change the privacy settings on your Facebook profile so that you know exactly who gets to see what.
If someone really would like to get to know YOU, then, let them make the effort and ask YOU, rather than snooping through your profile details and pictures.
