Seven more reasons why the father’s robe is the best robe (Luke 15:2).

First, read what the Great Prophet Isaiah said about the Robe Christ would provide for those who would come to Him (Isaiah 61: 10a)

  1. It is the Best Robe for it is far greater than any worn by God’s mighty Angels – God’s messengers.
  2. It is the Best Robe for it involved God the Father giving His eternal Son to pay the ransom price to enable all mankind to be delivered from the slavery of sin.
  3. It is the Best Robe for it is faultless and never needs repair.
  4. It is the Best Robe – Jesus was the first to wear it.
  5. It is the Best Robe for it increasingly glistens in white-ness as we ever progress in Christ’s eternal likeness.
  6. It is the Best Robe for it is woven in the Resurrection life of Christ our Great High Priest and so enables us to progress from Glory to Glory.
  7. WE ARE NOW INVITED TO EXCHANGE OUR OLD TATTERED GARMENTS AND ACCEPT “THE BEST ROBE” THAT FITS US FOR ETERNITY (see Hebrews 6:11; 10:22 and 11:6).
